I’ve now used Big River Tile twice — once eight years ago for a fireplace and recently for two bathroom remodels — and both experiences were outstanding. They weren’t the lowest bid this time, but I chose them because I trusted them. That decision was absolutely worth it. Dusty and Sean were exceptional. When you have people in your home for weeks, trust and professionalism matter — and they exceeded expectations. Their attention to detail, communication, and overall craftsmanship were top-notch. We ran into unexpected mold upstairs, which delayed the schedule, but they handled it with patience and clear communication every step of the way. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Big River Tile did at my home in Whitefish, Montana.
