Cost Less Carpet of Columbia Falls

Love my new carpet. Had a mix up but they made everything right. Will be going with them again to do my bedroom carpet at a later date.

I ordered 2 slabs of quartz and some engineered hardwood flooring from Gary here. He was very professional and knew his inventory and line of products very well. Anytime I had questions he answered them efficiently and responded quickly. I shopped all around the valley for quality products at competitive prices and I found them here!

My husband and I have had the best experiences with Cost Less. Excellent customer service and quality products. We have bought wood flooring, tile and marble at the best prices. It's the only place we shop for flooring!

Cost Less or Care Less? As a future customer, would you rather have your purchase cost less, or when there is a problem, have the management staff care less about how they will make it right on your behalf? WARNING: Because Cost Less does not employ the contractors who install your flooring/tile, and the contractors all own small businesses, if there is a mistake, Cost Less could blame the contractor, and the contractor could blame Cost Less and you might be stuck in the middle without resolution. This is where we found ourselves, and had to go to small claims court to get our situation resolved (we won our small claims court case against Cost Less Carpet of Columbia Falls). Our situation is very simple. We ordered a single type of backsplash tile for our kitchen and our laundry room.

Considering the pretty good sample size I’ve had of dealing with them many times, pretty good professional service and on top of things. Only thing I wish was for more of a selection. Seemed to be a smaller showroom/display samples and many were discontinued. But all n all, I would recommend them as they were recommended to me.
