Wise Choice has been amazing to work with! Scott, the owner, takes the time to pick up the phone, walk you through any questions you have with utmost patience, and educate you on all the options. Their customer service is 6-Stars! My garage door spring broke, the weekend before Thanksgiving. Jess showed up the same day I called to make it work temporarily, while he ordered the part. He then showed up on SUNDAY!!! And fixed it permanently. We also ordered a garage door for a different property and the ordering and install were seamless. Scott promplty returned my SOS call regarding my garage door status and had his crew at my house within a few hours. Within 2 days they were back and corrected a horrible installation from another local well known installation company. I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! Called this morning with a question about my garage door making some noises. Super kind gentleman said he had another apt today but could stop by this afternoon and check it out. (Insert jaw drop because it seems so rare to get same day service) He came by before 1, took a look at the door/opener and said everything looked good but if I wanted to put a little oil on the door hinges I could and recommend a brand I could buy locally. He didn’t charge me anything, didn’t make me feel dumb for my questions, and he was so genuinely kind and helpful!!! I have this company in my phone now and would definitely call them again and recommend to anyone who asked! Thank you!!!!
