Keith responded very quickly to my call. We discussed my concerns and adapted his schedule to meet mine since these were maintenance issues. He is very well organized, looked over everything, discussed his quotes. He answered all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. One of the nicest things I appreciate is not only his work ethic but also his patience in dealing with a senior. He is a very knowledgeable and kind. The company scheduled me quickly, I had a nice young lady call me today to confirm his timeline that I had already received in a text last week. I had the plumber come to my home . His name is Johnson, he very so kind. Didn't make me feel stupid about asking questions wore protective shoes and very so nice. I was very happy. His name is Jonathan Obryant with Billy go. Please use this service they are worth all the money. I was extremely happy with this service Please USE them. I also wrote a ring review because in all my years I haven't had a nicer man come. Use them . They will help you in any way possible , if you are money conscious and want good service they are the one.

Jonathan is the one to ask for if you have a plumbing issue! Not only did he locate our leak but was able to fix it very quickly. And, he is a super nice guy! Highly recommend him.

Jonathan did a great job!! I had a tankless water heater emergency on a Saturday. There was a leak because of a broken hose fitting. BillyGo was able to get Jonathan there on a Saturday within three hours. Jonathan diagnosed the issue but then noticed the leak was causing an electrical plug to spark and burn the decking. Thanks to Jonathan's work and attention to details he was able to solve the problems and possibly even avert an electrical fire in the attic. I've used BillyGo multiple times. They are honest, professional, and timely. Highly recommended.

Keith was prompt in generating a proposal that I approved and he completed the hose bib replacement in about 40 minutes. He was courteous and had performed work in my house about 2 years ago. I am pleased with his work and will recommend BillyGo to others.
