Birchfield Brothers Septic

We contracted Birthfield septic to pump out system on Dec3, after pumping system was informed that a repair was needed. He was paid for part and I was told he would return the next day to install. On Dec 17 we called again as he had not shown up nor called, “owner” stated he would be there the 18th, it is now January 13th and we still have a hole and no part or any type of response from this gentleman. Stay away!!!

These are the best people! Kindness abounds in this company. We have used Birchfields for many years and absolutely wouldn’t dream of using another company.

After the hurricane it was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to pump our lift station. Birchfield showed up and got it done which helped our development so much!

They said it world be tomorrow evening before they could get out there. I didn’t get home till about five thirty. And haven’t seen no one. So I called getting dark. He had talked to my wife and was wondering if we could make it till tomorrow. We done been two days couldn’t even turn on the water without it backing up iin aother drain. Couldn’t flush had to get a portable potty and shower at our family house. My wife told him that and besides myself there was three woman’there. After she said that and it was dark he said say no more. I had it uncovered and drug out some lights. And I guess about 45 minutes after he got there. He was headed home. I really appreciated him working long hours and knowers what we was experiencing. A day early than anyone else and cheaper. Just five dollars I
