This job was over budget and 9 months to build a 200square foot room and 1/2 bath. David is a good framer, if he is doing the work himself it is good. The only SKILLED workers he used were his electrician and his plumber. Everyone else was from some street corner job pool. It took three attempts to texture this project. Two front windows had to be redone due to them not being straight, the top of one window was arched. Once again, on the third attempt, they ended up having to frame the entire windows out with wood trim. When windows arrived, according to David, one screen was torn, instead of repairing it or taking it to supplier, he installed it torn.
