I can’t say enough good about this Company. Gary the owner responded to me right away last week. Austin came over today and he was so professional and did such a great job. My carpets look brand new!!! They are very reasonable in pricing as well.

Absolutely satisfied with the whole experience. Our center needed someone speedy and professional and they were on top of it! They got back to me right away, the price was great, they were courteous and professional, on time, and the carpets look like new! Will definitely call them again for any future jobs!

2023 update: The service provided was good, they cleaned our rug pretty good. The communication was off this time though. I gave them the EXACT measurements of the rug, and they priced the cleaning at $45. I thought that was a great deal so I booked the appointment. They came out worked on the rug, then AFTER they were finished they said that the rug was bigger than what they thought and raised the price to $95. I wished they would have said something before they started working on it. I don't think I would have booked the appointment if I knew it was going to be that much, this is a basement rug that no one sees. 2022 review: Was super professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the service i received from Bizzy B's last week. Gary was very punctual, and worked incredibly hard to get my carpet and couch looking their best. He showed me some trouble areas i was unaware existed (which he was able to resolve too!) and was keen to show me his progress throughout. The price couldn't be beaten, and the service couldn't either. Much rather support local over big name brand chains anyway, but service like i got from Bizzy B's makes it the easier and smarter choice to make. See you next year Gary!

Gary's carpet cleaning is probably the best we've ever experienced. He's courteous, on time, thorough and goes the extra mile to make sure we had a clean carpet in our business.
