When a weed treatment accidentally damaged our bordering Monkey Grass, we reached out to Jessie. He was sincerely apologetic and, without hesitation, offered to replace and replant everything at his own expense. Just a few days later, Jessie was at our home making it right. Editing review- they did attempt to make this right, they did a couple of services for free, which was definitely appreciated and helped the lawn tremendously. I would give them a second try, They wont show up, unless you call them repeatedly and when they do, they will use your water hose to spray powder you can buy at Lowes then charge you for premium service- emailed about it with no response. There are other providers out there that actually make your lawn look like it should, using premium products! This is my yard after their powder sprayed weed treatment- weeds all around still. Stay away from this place!
