Said he was unable to fix clog, left with no explanation. Left my carpets absolutely filthy and made a huge mess. Called another plumber next day and got it fixed with no mess. My carpet has stains now.

We've had Tim do several jobs for us and he's always quick, professional and the most reasonably priced around.

I had issues with my outside faucet, and he came out and solved it, completely fixed explaining everything to me, and was very reasonable. I couldn't have been happier.

We wanted to change out the trim and valves in our master shower. The owner came took a look and acted like he didn’t want our business. Very bizarre experience, sadly I think it was racial issue he had.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. It was an easy fix (for The Village Plumber) but something I didn't want to tackle. Only took him a few minutes and he adjusted his price to reflect this. I'll be using him for any future plumbing issues. I recommend him highly.
