Bjorn's Heating & Air Conditioning

They have always been quick to respond. And have a repairman here within a couple hours. I appreciate them for explaining the issues to me and fixing promptly.

TL;DR: Trust was broken and Bjorn was more worried about the money than the customer. Our AC died and a Bjorn tech recommended replacing the compressor with the downside of system potentially failing sooner. Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. 2 years ago we paid over $3000 for a small central air-conditioner. Bjorn himself came to see our hook up and said we only needed a small unit, I didn't think much of it. He stated at the time the main for our house would need to be updated before he could install central air. After a few months I asked for our money back as we were unsure how long it would take to get our main replaced...it took 2 years. Asking for our money back created a deep grudge that Bjorn can't get over. When calling for help on putting up additional furnace vents/registers he said we could do it ourselves, this was after he said you're the ones that bought that unit then asked for your money back. Furnace quit on a Sunday came out checked it over part no available anymore.order Furnace on Monday install on tues. Supply space heaters till new Furnace installed. Does get any better than this
