There is no way this is a master electricians work. See attached photos. Brand new subpanel the ground is literally hanging in mid air also all the lugs and wiring connections were never fully attached. The pvc box should have been a metal junction. Only a matter of time before work like this sets fire to someone’s house. Sincerely An experienced electrician fixing other people’s work.
