Mark is the owner here and he is phenomenal they had a little bit of a mess up with the measurement of my liner and it came out too big they fixed the problem right away he's always a phone call away very proficient very caring and understanding this is a place that I would 100% recommend if you have a built-in pool or an above ground pool even if you have any questions about a pool this is the go to person he's real close he's on route 27 and Iselin and he just has the best personality that's what takes him above all other businesses

Terrible customer service, had a pool put in many years ago and did my own service. When I have any issues Mark complains that I don't use him. Says they are to busy while there are 3 or 4 workers milling around doing nothing. Will never use them again such a loser company. I cannot say how I feel about Mark, he knows.

Great experience! These guys were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They opened my pool, cleaned the surrounding area, added all the chemicals, attached the pool ladder and railings and gave me a full tutorial on how to maintain my pool all at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them in the future!!!

I have been a customer of Pool Works for almost 20 years. I bought a new house which included an in ground pool. I had no idea how to maintain it! Mark has always helped me over the years. (His family too). I have never gone to another pool store. I trust them to provide me with what I need and not anything I don’t. I have never had any problems with their service. They have installed two liners over the years and replaced one filter system. I plan to continue to use their services until my wife retires and we can move out of this god forsaken State

So glad I found them! My hubby passed away and I literally had no idea what I was doing with this pool. Well thank goodness for these beautiful people cuz they have guided me step by step every time I test my water on what I need to do!! They definitely are the best place around and go way above and beyond to help you. They are also the first ones in 10 yrs that actually fixed my pool pump the right way and have kept it from going almost every other year! They are the best around here!
