Metropark Parking Facility

The parking itself was fine but the payment machines were turned off. I called the number posted and the employee said I had to walk back down to the office. He was extremely rude to me for no reason.

This parking garage is convenient. Driving into NYC is a hassle. The tolls are expensive and parking is a pain. Whenever I go to the city, I’d prefer to park my car here and take the train. It’s a convenient, low cost, and safe parking option. And the train to NYC is a reasonable price. This is a great parking option.

It's good that it is a two-building, multi-level parking lot that is convenient and open 24hrs. It would be even better with fully enclosed platform waiting areas; a thorough and regular cleaning of the bird poop; and the addition of an express lane for those paying exclusively through the app.

Do you like a commute from NYC and finally pulling into Metropark to grab your car and go? Well, skip Metropark completely. The place is an absolute mess.while this pile of rubble takes up to 25 MINUTES (you heard that right) to finally leave the station in your car due to failing exit terminals and construction that will never end, they increased the monthly parking by $35 per month. Their business model is to punish people from NJ for working in the city. This place is awful and the worst part of a NJ to NYC commute. Level it and leave it as a resting spot honoring the millions of hours lost by the suckers (like me) who park there. It receives two stars because the two unfortunate souls who work there are kind humans.

Parking here is a mess! The design of the garage is strange. Signage is terrible. The spaces are small. It's very crowded. You need to give plenty of extra time to find a spot and make your train. The pay stations are constantly out of order. You can't pay at the exit gate. The one plus is there is a bridge on the third floor to the eastbound train. If there was any other place to park, I would!
