Recently had my front door and storm door replaced a couple weeks ago. Having a home that is over 50 years old it was needed and we called up Grapevine Pro! My brother and I own our home and had previously had our roof done a couple years ago, windows all throughout our home ( 16 + sliding glass door to patio ) and now our front door/storm door. From the beginning calling up, having the sales associate coming to your home when it is convenient for us was why we kept returning as customers, to the seamless installation which every crew was courteous and respectful to us and our home... I cannot be more grateful. We do plan on getting our siding done in the next couple to few months and already in communication with the company. These guys did incredibly well with our replacement roof. They managed to work with us on cost. They removed and reinstalled our solar panels. The entire producer took three days. We wary they they will give you a hard sell when they come into your home but if you go with these guys, you’ll likely be glad you did.they were expeditious and punctual and were quite happy with the work.

I responded positively to somebody from this company who came by the house. Honestly, I was trying to be kind to someone out there on a very cold day. I also thought they had some ideas that might help us out. They set up a time to come back, and Frank from the company did come back at the agreed time. Frank was a nice and knowledgeable enough guy just trying to do his job, but what I thought was going to be a quick measurement and look from him and then a callback with an estimate soon became an in-house, pretty hard-core sales pitch that they expected would take almost two hours of my time. I got uncomfortable and politely asked Frank to leave. Tread carefully. I’m only willing to give it two stars because Frank was a good dude just trying to make a living, but the rest just felt pretty

Did business with grapevine to replace all my windows in the house . We were told they were new windows nailed in framed , after the windows were installed we had some issues they came back to fix them with a heat gun(didn’t fix the problem ). After that had another issue with the widows not closing smoothly and a lot of drafts , they set someone to come look at them he said yes manufacturing issues Marc will get back to me on next step months later nothing . Call they have a guy come he say he don’t feel any drafts after his last guy said it was window manufacturing issue . So I still have windows with drafts that they won’t fix or replace . Grapevine replaced our roof. Although we had some issues, the thing that I really like is that they stand behind their job. They are very responsive, and do not hesitate to come again and do everything to make you happy. Not many companies do that!
