I went there thinking good idea to buy from a well-known store so I went into the store and me and my boyfriend Donald Bryant put an order in for over 26,000 the order was never put in so we asked for our money back it's been going on two and a half weeks now and we still haven't got any money and they keep giving us the runaround so if somebody could do something to help me about this that would be great but as far as me recommending you guys for anybody absolutely not thank you

I went to store at 4:50 pm on 12/26. GOOGLE said it was open until 6 pm. The staff was all standing near the door waiting to leave. They told me they would have to turn the lights on to me to show me the floor samples in the back because they only had one tounge and groove and they closing at 5 because of holiday hours. The gentleman behind the counter said "our hours changed for the holidays and its on our website, we can't just update Google when we want", putting his phone towards me to see the website. I said I'll just got to Home Depot, it's easier. The gentleman laughed at me as I went out the door unprofessional. First experience, never again. 3 rooms to do. Home Depot has my business. Don't shop local.

Bought flooring here 10 years ago. Recently doing a remodel on the house and needed to match what we had. They ordered it for us and it was two cases too many. They would not allow us to return it because they had to "special order" it? It would have been nice to have known this information when it was purchased and we kept saying "I think this is too much, we don't need this much." Will definitely go somewhere else in the future, regardless of cost.

Incredible selection of flooring choices. Staff is very knowledgeable as well as helpful. We've purchased here in the past and will continue to do so.
