I had my bathtub replaced with Blue Mountain bathrooms. The process started out great with Chris going above and beyond to make sure that i understood the process and had options in different price ranges. After I picked my options and paid the deposit is where things changed and the whole project went downhill. My tub was backordered and then they gave me 2 days notice that they were starting the job. They were over 30 minutes late on the first day and did not let me know. They then said it was because one of their employees was "deathly ill" and called off. That same employee was on the job the next day. They told me that this would be a standard straightforward job for them that would take 2 days. It took 4. My wife and I met with Chris to discuss an update for our bathroom. The communication from this company is outstanding! They send you reminders for an appointment, but also the courtesy of letting you know if they are running late, or that they will call you, or be there in a certain time frame. Chris was prompt, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured or rushed. He brought along samples and explained the pros and cons of each. He was very personable, and we enjoyed the time we spent with him. Blue Mountain Bathrooms just completed a renovation on 3 full bathrooms in my home. Start to finish, the project ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this company. My project was extensive but yet, I never felt overwhelmed with the process. All the products used in the bathrooms are high quality and the workmanship and construction knowledge was superior. Communication was excellent. They listened to my wants and needs during the planning and design process. The completed bathrooms are just what I had envisioned and more.
