Clayton from Thrasher Services did an excellent job replacing an existing sump pump in our basement. He was very friendly, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Thrasher Services in the future.

We recently had some trouble with maintaining hot water temperatures throughout the day. We suspected a problem with our hot water tank after a recent flipped breaker due to a different heating issue. After a quick google search, Thrasher Services came up with 5 star reviews. After reading many reviews, we called. They were very accommodating and got us scheduled very quickly 2 days before christmas. On arrival, they were very kind, introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and how, and quickly fixed our problem while also educating us a little bit on how the system works and literally showing us where the problem was in the element and explaining why that broken piece caused our issue. Mike and Clay Thrasher were so friendly and knowledgeable and honest. They diagnosed the issue with my well water tank and replaced it. Mike made a great recommendation to relocate my water filter to a more accessible location (I'm short) and installed a model that has clear plastic so I will see when it needs to be replaced. They did excellent high-quality work for a fair price. I strongly recommend them to everyone. They were even very kind and affectionate to my dog Ginger! They really are good people.

Prompt, courteous, professional, detail focused company that responds to every inquiry in a timely manner. Very skilled plumbers with great suggestions. Needed some work done due to a pretty bad install job that was done on a toilet in the home we just purchased and was rocking to the point it broke the wax seal and leaked downstairs bathroom through ceiling. They came very highly recommended by more then a few people on the Hummelstown group on Facebook and I'm so glad I called them! He was here for over 2 hours fixing the really bad unlevel job, moving 2x4's, trimming etc getting height right and replacing the wax seal making sure everything was tip top! Incredibly fast service from the time I called until they finished and we could not be happier, sure nice guys with very very reasonable pricing, highly recommend!!!
