As the owner of a small business and unfamiliar with some of the equipment we noticed a loud noise that we didn't hear before in our cold station. I found this company and called and left a message and explained the issue. I received a phone call back within 15 minutes of my message. The gentleman said that they were not accepting new customers but he was nice enough to tell me what he thought was the issue and how to fix it. Once we cleared the station we did see that there was an ice build up so he was correct in his diagnosis. Not sure who I spoke to but Cocoa Restaurant Services, you have great customer service!! Not many companies would try to give you solutions without you being a customer but this man was very helpful!! I really appreciate the assistance and hopefully if I ever need
