Gelnett's Soft Wash

I am writing this review for my mother who hired Josh for a soft wash of her home in Middletown, PA. From the beginning of the process through the end was nothing short of great communication. Josh came to offer a quote in person, which is unheard of these days. Not only did he provide a quote that didn't increase upon job completion but he also explained the entire process along the way. The work he performed was quite thorough and the finished product was outstanding, which exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend Gelnett's Soft Wash as the service is top notch.

My initial request for Josh was to have my gutters cleaned because they were blocked and overflowing. He came out within days and got everything working great. When I asked for quotes for a house wash and sidewalk cleaning, I received prompt and detailed quotes which were very reasonable. I just had that work completed and was extremely happy with the results! Josh was very meticulous and thorough, taking care to make sure that my plants and house inside stayed protected and dry. Josh delivers great customer service in a very polite and respectful way, a refreshing experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this guy. His communication was excellent. Replies to texts in minutes. Showed up when he said he would. Gave me a fair quote. He took his time and showed real concern for my house. It was obvious he was meticulous. I was expecting a couple hours of spraying. He scrubbed and climbed ladders to get all the spots. He was here for over 6 hours without a break. Lately it seems difficult to find people to do quality work. This guy does that times ten!

We used Gelnett's to clean the gutters of our bed & breakfast and we were so impressed by the thorough job done and excellent cleanup of debris, as well as the high level of professionalism. We will definitely use this business again. Thank you!
