I called after my oven wouldn't heat up. The repairman spent only about 2 min turning on and off the oven and another 10 min on the phone. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong, and would call me within three days after doing some investigating with the oven company. 3 weeks go by and I heard nothing back. They cashed my check for $90 and I got nothing from it. Asked for a refund and they refused. Would not recommend.
