I recently had Bob's Plumbing install a new water heater after my old one nearly caught fire, and I couldn't be more grateful for their prompt and professional service. From the moment I called, the team was attentive and understanding of my urgent situation. The technicians arrived on time, and their expertise was evident. They quickly assessed the situation and explained the installation process clearly, answering all my questions with patience. The installation was completed efficiently, and they took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Charged my friend almost $400 to change an outside faucet.. completely ripped her off because she didn’t know better. I would never recommend this hack

Need sewer drain replaced. Job got pushed back due to weather. I was notified 24 hrs in advance. They stayed in contact and kept me updated. Very through on explaining the process. They did great and speedy work. Highly recommend.

DON'T WASTE YOUR BREATH OR TIME!!!! Called in to get a bid on some work, the person who answered just picked up and said, "Hello?".... After asking for someone to come look at a kitchen sink leak and a leak at the base of my toilet, I was informed that 'no one will give you a quote for that'. Clearly they couldn't be bothered to do their job at 10am on a Tuesday.

Not sure who came out to our house but he was very rude and I felt as though he was trying to take advantage of the fact that am women and thought I wouldn't know anything about a septic tank. Tried to tell me it was broken and would be a few thousand dollars to fix. I knew this was incorrect because it was just replaced last year. Had someone else come out and that was not the case, just a part needed to be replaced and only costed me $400. Will never use their service.
