When I was in the passenger seat of his work truck during orientation with his stepson the transmission went out and me and my brother in law, which was riding passenger in the back of the dump got whiplash when it occurred. When I got questioned by Kirk about the incident, I told him about the injury me and my brother experienced and he hung up on me and blocked my number to prevent owning up to what happened.
