PLUMB WIZARDS

We had Plumb Wizards out to correct some pretty significant mistakes left behind by another plumber, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Blake was exceptionally knowledgeable and immediately understood what was going on. In fact, he even chuckled a little at how simple the fixes were once he looked at it, which was honestly a huge relief after the stress we’d been dealing with. What really stood out, though, was his professionalism. Even though he clearly knew the previous work had been done incorrectly, he never said a single negative word about the other plumber. Blake responded quickly when I called and described my symptoms for my well pressure switch quick cycling. He arrived the following morning and determined that my pressure tank was bad. Since my water heater was old I wanted it replaced as well. Blake took a few minutes and worked up a more than reasonable quote and said he could install the following morning. He was prompt on arrival and was able to do both replacements quickly and satisfactorily for me the customer. I would use Blake again and will provide his number at Plumb Wizards to all of my friends and family!!!!

Had to replace the heating elements in my hot water heater. The bottom element was seized and I couldn’t break it loose. I called Plumb Wizards, late Thursday evening. They told me they would be out the next day between 11 and 1 and would text prior to arrival. I received a text the following day at 10:27 and Blake arrived at my house by 10:40. Blake was personable and professional. Within an hour and half the hot water heater had been cleaned out, elements replaced and it was good to go. Blake arrived early, did excellent work, was quick and very professional. Before entering the house he even covered his boots with disposable covers which was thoughtful and courteous. Plumb Wizards provided a five star repair service for sure and I would recommend them.

I called Blake to fix my clogged toilet at my business location. He got it fixed and we were back up and ready! Fast and very reasonable priced! Highly recommend him!
