Tim was an excellent contractor. He repaired and painted my garage, power washed my white fence, my home, my driveway, front porch, patio. Custom painted my front porch, patio. Custom sealed my entire driveway and walkway. Tim is a fair, courteous, hard worker, whom I would trust with my home.he is the best contractor you could ask for. After a really bad experience with another contractor, Tim came in and not only finished the job above our expectations, but fixed issues that the other contractor had done wrong. His work is excellent showing up daily to work and has great communication with us as the project went on. Upon finishing the work, we have requested that he quote another project for us, and we are looking forward to working with him again. We hired Brilliant Coating LLC to come in and paint our 20 foot vaulted ceilings in our new home. He showed up for the quote and let us pick out our paint color. He was able to get us in quickly which we really appreciated because we wanted it done soon as we just moved in and was making it our own home. The owner, Tim, was so professional and made us feel like he truly cared about our home almost like he was taking care of his own home. We have two young kids so we stayed at my parents while the painting was being done (he didn’t ask us to it’s just how it worked out with sports schedules) and when I came home to a painted living room and kitchen I started crying. We hired Brilliant Coatings to redo our whole basement and to add a full bathroom. This was a big project and a huge transformation from what was there. It even included custom built-in bookshelves and custom barn doors. They were prompt and courteous. They treated our house like it was their house and were very attentive to every detail. The area was always kept clean. We had some unexpected issues with the basement (uneven floors and walls) and they dealt with each of them without complaint. The final product looks incredible. Very professional and easy to work with.
