Bolivar Disposal

Do not have good customer service. We've been customers for 3 1/2 years, and have forgotten to put the trash out 3 times in those 3 years, they helped once and wouldn't the other times. My only option was to wait another week or take it to the dump myself. Said no other trucks were available the rest of the week and this was mid-day Tuesday. Called Garretson's and they sent someone out immediately to bring a trash can and picked up the trash. When I called to cancel my service they charged $15 to cancel, asked why I was cancelling, when I told them (politely), no apology or care was given. They couldn't care less that I had bad experiences with them. The lady that called me back isn't the nicest. No one answers the phones there either, they do call back, but you have to leave a message eve

I’ve used Bolivar Disposal at my home and also business and I will continue to do so! I’ve had multiple bill mix ups on my personal to business acct because of my name etc. That’s my only small complaint. They’ve always been so kind, always easy to reach. But they are SO extremely prompt, and professional. They even publish the schedules of pick ups well in advance for holidays and such. That’s something I’ve NEVER had before. I hope they offer more services too at some point. We really like them.

Pick up date is Wednesday. They picked up the other two dumpsters but left mine. I call on Monday and tell them that my trash wasn’t picked up. They said they would pick up twice as much next Wednesday. I told them that the service was every week not biweekly. I told him I would call the BBB and hung up. I did call them. Stated my complaint. Trash company picked up my trash on Monday of the complaint. Now this Wednesday they didn’t pick it up but took the others. The man might have looked inside and thought to himself that 1 trash bag and a box was not worth emptying it out. I really hope that someone will read this and wonder

To start off, they didn't bring out our bin for 3 weeks after starting the service. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of correcting that immediately, they told me we could go to this persons house and get it ourselves (yeah, totally comfortable with that!) Or we could wait and they'll get it to us asap. They have just NOT picked our trash up several times and when I just called about that AGAIN, I was told that the driver said the trash WASNT out there when he came by. I know for certain it was. I was told I could cancel my service and I said that is EXACTLY what I want to do. They are more expensive then most others around here and the service is horrible! So, if you are in Morrisville, Mo., I recommend to use someone else.
