$130 service fee call, okay, that's fine. When you call, it's all A.I. teleprompts. I needed a washing machine door latch repair done. When he was at my home, he searched for the part and I saw the part on the technician's phone that said $144 to buy. He told me he could order the part for next week and the job would take him less than 5 minutes to do. Here's the real kicker. They are going to charge me $299 for the $144 part and $290 for labor. $590 for a door latch!!! That's the price of a lot of new washers. The tech was nice enough to tell me what part I needed. I bought it for $21 on Amazon and it's arriving next day. I will never be using this service again. Sears is a crook.

While he couldn't fix my too old freezer, he was quick to find out the problem and explain it to me. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely consult again.

After LG Premium Care warranty getting their act together after I wrote to the Missouri Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, we finally had Dan come out twice…..once to check dryer out and the when he got needed part he came back in a week and fixed it. Seems to me that LG Premium Care and their whole organization is the bad player in all this trouble that LG’s customers are having. Dan was a very polite gentleman and knew exactly what to do. He fixed it accordingly and we are very appreciative of Dan. We will never buy another LG product.

Diagnosis was incorrect. Quoted replacement part (incorrect diagnosis) was over twice the cost of an OEM part from a reputable supplier. Found solution to the problem on the internet and repaired machine in less than 30 minutes.

Technicians are super pleasant and easy to work with. Unfortunately all other communication is through AI. Very difficult to get help if you need it
