Ken's Heating & Cooling

We have a newer system (not installed by Ken's) that seemed to have a mystical issue. It was being difficult to diagnose, others tried but, Don at Ken's took the time to listen and understand what was occurring. They kept us up to date and informed and weren't afraid to think or try things out of the box. They are reasonably priced and everyone has been super friendly and awesome to work with, especially Don! A big thank you to the entire team at Ken's - so glad we found you! Highly recommend Ken's for all your HVAC needs!

We can't say enough about Ken's Heating and Cooling. All the staff are great to work with every time. The office staff, the field techs, even Trevor are amazing. They present their estimates, appointments, even movements of the field techs electronically to their customers so everyone is in the loop and on time. Our last interaction was providing HVAC services for our remodel, and everything went smoothly. Derek and Logan were on time, dedicated to their work, and finished on time with a nice summary of their work and any operation instructions necessary. We'll be thrilled to work with them again. You will too!

Awesome, quick customer service! When our AC blower went out, I was going tonreplace it myself. I stopped into their shop to see if they had a replacement motor. They didn't, but they helped me remove the motor from the housing and helped me locate a store that did have one, all for next to no cost. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than just the motor and required a total system replacement. Ken's was quick to gather the details of our home and had a new system ordered and installed within a week without totally breaking the bank, which is hard to do when replacing a total AC system! They even relocated the outdoor unit to a new location that will allow us to do future renovations on our home without the headache of working around the outdoor unit. Great folks to work with from

Our heat pump has been giving us problems for the last month. Trevor has been great working with us on trying everything to resolve the issue but we decided together that it was time to replace the old system. He gave us 3 options to pick from and we chose the best one for us. He was able to secure the units, both inside air handler and the outside unit. He and his team were able to get the equipment totally installed and running in n one day.
