They installed a break out box so I could tie in a generator when electricity goes out. That was done and he did a little rewiring I needed done as well. Another time I called to see if they had some wire I needed. He went out of his way and found exactly what I needed (which was not what I asked for 😔). Very pleased with their work and customer service.

Had issues with Liberty and these people helped out so much to update our meter box and get our electricity on asap!! It was even affordable! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

I was installing a hot tub two hours from my shop when I discovered the gfci breaker i brought was bad. I called Polk county electric at 3:58 knowing that they closed at 4:00 and I was twenty minutes away. The owner was nice enough to wait for me and sell me a replacement breaker. Plus she refused to accept a tip for her kind act. I highly recommend is business!

We are new to the area, need an replacement part on our old panel and have looked all over the Kansas City and Pomme lake areas. We where sent to Polk county electric by another store so thankful. You guys rock Thanks for the service
