I had a tree fall on my wood deck last winter, and Bon Air Exteriors did such a beautiful job with a Fiberon replacement. Because it involved an insurance claim (which I had never been through before), I had a million questions, and Curtis was very thorough explaining the scope of the work and providing a detailed quote. I had gotten quotes from 6 contractors, so I can confidently say their pricing is fair - in fact right on the money as far as matching what the independent adjuster quoted. Some of the companies that had slightly lower prices didn't even take the time to come out and look at everything, they just Googled my address to look at photos of the house and emailed me a number. Curtis came out twice to make sure the deck was going to be what I wanted before I signed the contract.
