These guys are AMAZING!!!! We had them replace the 60+ year old plumbing under our house and install a new tub in our bathroom. They are efficient and only had the water shutoff for a short period of time. Gunner was honest about replacing the pipes and in order to replace all of them, he had to cut into some inside walls to access the pipes. He wanted it done correctly if we were going to that expense. He gave me the name of someone to call to repair the Sheetrock when he was done. I appreciated his desire to do the job right and was willing to sacrifice some Sheetrock for overall health in my water supply, as our pipes were pretty clogged, and now our water pressure significantly improved. Bott Plumbing came out to unclog the kitchen sink. They arrived at 845 AM and snaked the drain. Upon realizing that wasnt working he said he had to go to his house to get the Hydro Snake. He was gone approximately 45 min. He was training another guy so he had a helper. He finished the job at 12:40. I receive the invoice and he has charged me 160$ per hour including the hour in which he was getting the part he didn't bring. When asked about it he said the truck is only so big and cant hold everything and that I got a discount because he didnt charge me for his drive time on the way over this morning!! I then did the research I should have done beforehand only to find out he charged almost double per hour to begin with! If you use them, get a price quote in writing!!

Our water heater was leaking & he fit us right into his schedule the same day we called before our problem escalated! Fast, fare & friendly! Thanks Bott Plumbing for coming to our rescue!
