I’m very happy to discover Bowerman for carpet cleaning. The company is a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call, to scheduling, to having actual work done. They have very transparent pricing for carpet cleaning—no extra trips for an estimate. Scheduling was easy, and the team of two arrived on time. Jonathan and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have hyper sensitivities to chemicals and odors, and we were able to quickly discuss and come down with the right product and technique for the job. They worked very quickly and thoroughly, lifting every piece of furniture and getting to all the corners of my wall-to-wall carpets. The rooms came out clean and fresh. Bowerman has done a lot of work for us: rug and upholstery cleaning, basement mold abatement and cleaning. All of there work is excellent and professional.
