Exceptional responsiveness, service, competence, and integrity. I called Boylan Water Well Services & Supply when our pump failed in part because I thought they had done the original installation 40+ years ago. Mr. Boylan himself answered my midday call. His crew was busy on another job, but he went out that day to have a look. The pump was replaced and water service to our house was restored the next day. It was apparent that his single focus was to get the water flowing again as quickly as possible since he knows what a terrible inconvenience it is to be without water. I am very grateful to him and his team for the work they did for us. Highly recommended.

Boylan came out the next day to shock a well (this was the second time that the Well needed to be shocked as it did not clear up the bacteria problem we had with one shocking- also done by Boyle). Also, shocking was the bill I received for pouring several gallons of Clorox down the well head! Clorox and fuel cost $110, which was fair considering this property was a bit rural. Labor was $400! outrageous for under an hour of time.
