Perfect five stars!! We needed tile for multiple rooms in our home, and Jason was so helpful and patient with us through the whole process. He was able to order everything we needed so we didn’t have to make a trip to Charlotte!

I am thrilled! An excellent process from start to lovely finish. The showroom is very well organized so it was easy to find what I was looking for and the multitude of selections within. I was getting wall to wall carpet in 2 bedrooms and LVP in the living room, kitchen, dining and laundry rooms. Their prices were right in line with other appraisals I got, but what made me decide on BPS was the number of 5-star reviews and so now I am adding my own! Jason kept me apprised each step of the way. From initial estimate to materials ordered, received and finished installation was 10 days, The installation crew did an outstanding job and were very respectful and conscientious. They handled my furniture with care and did as good a job in areas like behind the washing machine as in full room view
