Excellent service from a family owned business. Communication is spot on, you get a reminder the day before and a call when they are on the way. John and Toby did a great job pumping our tank. They arrived on time and were quick and professional while also being friendly and informative. Highly recommend giving them a call for your septic needs. They came within 3hours of my call. John and Toebe were so helpful so sweet and kind I enjoyed them being here and it was overall a very great experience. By the time they were done pumping and everything it was very quick very thorough I told them I could just hug n kiss them 😆 I can flush my toilet and shower I'm so excited.you don't realize how much you need things like that.my tank was full started at 7pm and the next day by 2in the afternoon John and Toebe I'm very grateful and I will recommend yall to any and everybody. Our septic had started coming up on one of our bathtubs and we were so afraid it was a plumbing issue. Plumber came out and said no the septic needed pumped. I called MidSouth and in a couple hours they were there! Nice newer truck, nice equipment, nice guys! We had been using flushable wipes. It was coming out of the ground! We had no idea. They pumped for $425. I really recommend these guys, this company, from Shannon in the office to Toby and John, the guys that came out. Thank you MidSouth! You have our business.
