Go-Forth Pest Control

I had a rough experience with Go-Forth Pest Control. I tried calling three times and left messages with the answering service but never heard back. Today I finally received a call from a tech named Seth. I let him know that the last service left my cabin with a terrible residue that was impossible to remove. He listened, showed genuine concern, and stopped by the cabin to see what might have gone wrong. Thankfully, it looked like the sun had baked off some of the chemicals, so it was easier to clean, and he went ahead and did a proper treatment on the cabin. He also reached out to management and reassured me that everything would work out. I appreciated the way he handled things. Down to earth, no nonsense, and he knew what he was talking about. The 5 star is simply based off the service

Very friendly. Very thorough. I am confident Michael has expertly secured our home from whatever was trying to live here with us! His friendly ease of manner made it easy to voice concerns and ask questions. I’m glad we have someone close by. He’s detailed where he sealed the foundation, the entrances he’s blocked off, and the traps that have been set. UPDATE Feb. — They came for the continued service. Jamarion provided excellent care. He treated the inside and outside and checked the ongoing performance of previous work.

The technician was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He did a great job explaining all the details of our pest issue and plan of action to best deal with it. Great job.

We started Go Forth Pest Control service in August 2025 for my mother’s home in Columbus NC. These are pictures I took today in a spare bedroom, rodent droppings are worse now than before she started service. She’s locked into an expensive contract and dealing with this issue and she does not have good respiratory health. I would not recommend Go Forth.

Gabriel did a fabulous job. He was very informative , helpful and professional. 10+++. Need more tech’s like him!! Thank you kindly Maggie
