Skipper's Tree Service

Brook and his crew took down 1 very large Oak tree that was close to my home.The tree was probably at least 75 years old, and another oak in my yard, he worked with professionalism, he hauled the wood away, and when the work was done, They cleaned up the yard very well. We had two trees that needed removal. One oak leaner between our garage and metal workshop, and one large 36" maple in the middle of a deck adjacent to our house.(See photos) Brooks and crew did an excellent job working through the August heat, high humidity, and in between thunder storms. The maple was especially problematic due to its proximity to the house, its location in the deck, and potential damage to the deck railings, which had to be removed to prevent possible damage. Just got firewood from Dunn Skipper. great wood and great price. For the drive Skipper had to drive to my home 35 minutes which he didn't mind. But i felt sorry for him for the drive skipper is a friendly man had good conversation with him just want to say Thank You for delivering the wood and stacking the wood Thanks. We had 2 large trees removed and they did a great job with the best price of all my estimates. Skipper brought the tree down exactly where he said he would with no damage to our home or surrounding trees. Site clean up was great and I will use them again.

Got 2 of 4 trees cut after a 2 month delay between equipment availability and weather. Initially started job then needed a crane. The operator left large branches in my yard preventing me from cutting the grass. After a week, I had to call to request a clean up. After 2nd tree was cut, left a tree at our other property undone. Also paid for wood chips to be delivered from the job. Even agreed to let the wood chip equipment sit in the driveway for the weekend yet these were never delivered to either residence. Lack of punctuality and workmanship caused us to move on to another service. After 2 months of requests, I still don’t have the wood chips that I paid an additional fee.
