Brachel Construction

My own experience with Brachel Construction was extremely positive. I was very pleased with the work completed. Brian was happy to tackle any job, big or small. Both Brian and Rachel communicated often and clearly throughout the work, asking for clarification of what I wanted when new questions arose. I particularly appreciated Rachel’s attention to detail as well as the attitude of both Brian and Rachel that the customer needs to be happy with all work completed. Thank you, Brian and Rachel!

Rachel and Brian replaced an existing cedar fence around my deck and did a beautiful job! They were very upfront about the cost, timing and possible difficulties they might run into. I had many questions and changes on what I wanted done and they were always patient with me and respectful of my ever changing requests! They were very professional and always kept me informed on what they were doing and how it was all going. My fence looks just as I wanted it to. I would highly recommend them!

I learned my lesson so hopefully you don't have to. Do not hire this company. Brian and Rachel are polite and enthusiastic at the beginning, I'll give them that much. Later, what you will discover is that nothing is plumb, level or square in your house, that your walls look like someone with no experience mudded and painted them, that nothing is installed correctly, that they told you they had fixed things (dry rot) which they instead covered over, and that they have left a giant mess you will either accept or spend more money to repair and clean up. For example, they built a new gate that was too wide for the opening and hung the hinges crooked on the post so the gate doesn't operate correctly. Just Don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No skills here, just butchery! Where to start!!! Too bad you can't give negative stars. Brian, the unlicensed husband doesn't know plumb, level or how to do barely anything. Sooooo unprofessional, scammers really! How do they continue? Wife/partner(?) Rachel is the one with a license, but she played NO role at all. The license is in her name but he does the work, communication, etc....maybe he is running from debt or child support or? Not on time or within budget on the project, or daily start time, pretty much always late, over 2x the amount of time and money to complete.
