Today, guys from Brass and Burn came to clean our dryer vents. They did such a great job -- neat, clean, quick and well done. We decided to have them clean our chimney as well. We found the technician to be very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job cleaning the flue - cleaning up with no mess and fixing our damper lever as well. We highly recommend them.

As normal; I put off servicing my furnace and installed a new exhaust run to find out I had no draft up my chimney liner. Brass and burn was quick to return my call with up front pricing and no surprises, yet clearly have a busy schedule currently. We made an appointment for their earliest availability and explained I still needed my furnace tuned and wouldn't be able to run it at all. 2 days later they called me with availability to get me ready before heating season! I couldn't be happier! Super promt, polite, and professional. Still, they went above and beyond to improve the temps of my liner and chimney to improve my situation, without added cost! I waited too long to schedule a cleaning, and everyone I called is booked until after Thanksgiving! Sherlene offered to put me on a call back list. I reluctantly agreed, fully expecting to not get a call back and to have my normal service, as scheduled, in almost December. She called me literally later that same day and told me there was a cancellation in my area. Sid cleaned my chimney in 45 minutes and now I'm enjoying a fire in this 40 degree weather. My normal chimney company was booked, but I'm now happy with brass and burn and will stay with them. Very nice office staff, and I appreciate actually getting a call back when they had an opening.

I have used multiple chimney cleaning companies over the years and tried Brass and Burn Chimney Co. today. I was very impressed with Sid and his professional and quality service. Sid did an excellent job cleaning our chimney and inspecting the outside also. I hope to be doing business with Brass and Burn Chimney for years to come.
