Very, very pleased with this company. I ordered a custom garage door from them around late February 2025. One of the employees told me it would take about three weeks to get the Garage Door in from the manufacturer. Surprisingly, the Garage Door came in about one week early. After the garage door came in, installation was quick and very professional. The two Mann crew arrived at about 9 o’clock in the morning and we’re finished by 12 o’clock noon. It only took about three hours to remove the old garage door and install the new garage door. The crew worked efficiently and professionally. They hold away all trash and cleaned up the job site very well. Very pleased with this company from start to finish. We called a couple companies to help us with a damaged garage door. One sent a man over 4 days after our call to see the problem and make suggestions. Then, they needed more time for this and that.... When I called Brazos Overhead door, Rebecca went above and beyond to first listen to my issue. She even suggested I send pictures for her to better understand. Within 1 day, my garage door was reinstalled and running smoothly, and saved me money! They actually care about the customer and are willing to think outside the box to help. Thank you, thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing service! My garage door was completely shut down, and needed to be replaced. Rebecca provided excellent, professional customer service and was able to get my installation scheduled immediately. We were in a bind. My son drove THROUGH the garage door, and we suddenly lost our sense of security because I had to cover the hole with a tarp. I had one other company come out to take a look, and they said the wait time on any door would be 15-20 WEEKS!!! Then a friend recommended Brazos River Overhead Doors. I called them, and Rebecca let me know that they had replacement doors in stock! We committed to upgrading to an insulated door, and the installers came out next morning.
