We hired this company in April 2025 and also asked if they would do our snow removal and they said the would. In October when the owner came to give us a price for Fall cleanup, he told us he would not be doing our snow removal because they only had one snow blower and didn't use it in this part of Bristol. Too many issues during summer such as cutting the grass way too long. We couldn't walk on our lawn because of this and grass clippings left all over yard because they do not have a bagger on their lawn mower. We paid them to patch up bare spots on our lawn and it didn't take. We asked them to repatch and they said they would but never came back to fix the problem. They ran over our drain pipes. They did fix them after it was pointed out to them as best they could. They did do a good job

Unfortunately, I am surrounded by 3 neighbors who allow their yards to overtake my yard with weeds and overgrowth, in some areas waste deep. I have tried to tackle this problem myself but it has gotten to the point that I just can't handle it anymore. For the past 2 years I have hired Bristol Snow and Landscaping to come in reclear the approximately 3 feet of the brush that grows back from my neighbors yards each year. Unfortunately, because my neighbors refuse to attend to their yards the growth continue to regrow each year. Thankfully I found David and his crew to clear it each year at a very reasonable cost and in only one day haul it all away. Additionally, one time last winter our snow person didn't show up. They make you pre-pay a flat fee for plowing at the beginning of winter. They haven't shown up for at least half the storms and the times they have shown up, they barely cleared any snow. Can't even get into the driveway. Then when you call, they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Update after response: You've offered me excuses, not solutions. If you couldn't handle the contract, you should not have taken the money. Attached photo is the plow job from the last storm. Your crew left a pile right in the middle of the (practically unplowed) driveway so we can't even get in.

They are quite the scam. I've been billed for two mows that didn't happen. His workers say they were here when they were not. I called to identify the problem and he insist that his worker were here and he will keep billing me. I'm very disappointed.

Not sure how they do with Snow but will not recommend this business for Yard or Lawn work , I paid over 800 last year, to do Aeration, Seeding Mulching, Fertigation, and finally cleaning the backend of the yard. 1 Man and what appears to be his teen age son were the only two working.. However the Dad like left to buy mulch and left his son to do all the other work. There were no Aeration done..yard looks worse this year than last year despite the extra watering I had to do . Towards the end of their work I had to remind them about the end of the yard which it was promised to clean aerate fertilizing and seeding. All he did as I was watching was using the weed Wacker and hand throwing seeds around the area. Very poor quality of work. I gave them the benefit of doubt by waiting unti
