Where do I start..... this company destroyed a customer of my company’s Moldings and doors with negligence. They damaged my own furniture in my home and left a residue all over it that smelled like stale cheese then blamed my wife. The final straw was seeing that they posted a bad review on Christian flooring a company I own and one they have never been a customer of. I thought about not posting this but after reading their consistent negative reviewing, dozens of them, I felt it time to speak up. I do not know the owners or management Of this company personally but felt that using my real name to leave this message was a nice way of posting in an accountable and honest manner.

I Did some research online and decided to go with BriteStar. I'm very glad I did. They scheduled me for the next day, arrived ten minutes early and did a remarkable job on our carpets. The best aspect was that the price I was quoted was the price i received. They did a fantastic job, worked hard the whole time and were very polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and will be calling them for service in the future. This 5 star rating is well-deserved.

A+++ Never met a nicer pair of guys. They went beyond what i think other places would do and they gave me an awesome deal. My carpets looked brand new after and i swear i stopped sniffling and snoring as much... at least that's what my husband says. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company for professional cleaning. Thank you guys!!!
