Always a great experience at Proctors shows. Easy in and easy out. Free parking on the weekends.

Convenient parking, free during night shows at Proctors. Guides stop traffic to let you criss the street. Working elevators. Well lit. Advice: no matter how hard it might be for you to withstand beeping from cars in line behind you, back into your parking spot. It can take sometimes an hour to get out after a main stage show. You will guarantee that you'll be one of the last people out if you have to back out of your spot.

When they repainted the parking lines, they made most of the parking spaces way too narrow. It is very difficult to find a spot now to fit into! And people are so inconsiderate about their parking that there are several spaces empty because no one can fit into them! It is a daily frustration but I park here for work. I hope they will paint again soon with larger spaces - it would actually be better so we could use all spaces. The new handicapped spaces took away a lot of regular spaces on the first floor too. I guess that can't be helped.

We parked there recently for a show at the theater nearby and, instead of paying a parking fee, they asked for a donation for a charity group (Alzheimers). We were able to find a spot relatively easily and it was close to an elevator and set of stairs that took us straight down to the street we needed to cross to get to the theater.

Absolutely horrible experience to me all they are concerned about is policy and procedure and covering themselves. They have no kindness or human aspect of their job to them it is business. Filed a complaint about one of their workers being extremely unprofessional and frankly dangerous with their vehicle on their job site. Was excused because they are a tenured member of the company.
