Broadway Pointe Parking Garage

Parked here while I was stopping by @ Tiffany’s. I ended up paying $3. It’s up to a $1 for 1 hr and then $3hr for 3hours. Easy to find a spot usually.

VERY full at christmas and went in bc the sign said 139 spaces available. Sign DEFINITELY does not work, was a traffic jam and there were maybe two spaces.

Horrible customer service experience if their inside machines are not working. The guy was rude and treated us like if we were retarded and didn’t know what we were doing. The first payment went through for my parking ticket and when my friend went to pay for her parking the machine kept the ticket after giving her a machine error. She had to pay the full 24 hours when she was there for 4 and the first 30 minutes are supposed to be free.

Terrible experience there today. Machine spit out my ticket where there were 30 others on the ground. I called for help and was asked repeatedly for my ticket number after telling the operator it couldn’t be found on the ground with all the others. The operator said I would have to pay $30 to get out of the garage. My family and I then sorted through the tickets on the ground and tried many. In the meantime an elderly woman also got stuck and was on the verge of tears when she called for help. She was asked for her telephone number and driver’s license number and told she would be contacted. Did they charge her $30? At least the gate was opened for her! We called again and were finally let out. I will NEVER be back after such shameful mistreatment.

WORST EXPERIENCE.....EVER. Daughter entered the parking garage with the arm up. Pushed the button for a ticket, but none given. Daughter parked and prepared for her first day of work in downtown. Came back to her car after her shift and was not able to exit the lot. Pushed the button on the Ticket-Pay-Machine to talk to someone. The operator said they would help. Thirty minutes later, no one showed up to help. I went down to try and get the car out of the garage. I pushed the button on BOTH Ticket-Pay-Machines to see if someone would answer. No one answered. It rang and rang for 15+ minutes. Daughter ended up having to pay $30 to leave the lot. She's working just to pay for parking. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
