Derek and Shawn have done multiple projects at our house. They are very professional and take great pride in the quality of their work. They arrived an hour early. Took about an hour to run eel and replace a couple of seals and section of drain pipe under kitchen sink. They are my new plumbing company. Huge thank you to this company. Oh I called around 8 o'clock and they arrived at 10:30.

Everyone was so polite and kind. I got a appointment quick and the service men were knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Both we're kind and did a great job!! I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help !!

They have no customer service or shows loyalty for long term customers. A friend was having phone issues, to point the calls were dropping. When she was speaking to them, the call was dropped.(Do to a Spectrum issues.) When she called back to apologize and finish the conversation. She was told not ever call again and her business was not welcome. Even though she has stated and told other they do excellent work and are very good at what they do. Her business will not be welcomed. I understand why the person on the other line was upset. But upsetting an 81 year old, who is having phone issues. Is really uncalled for.
