Brown's Pools and Spas

I would highly recommend NOT to use Brown's pools and Spas. I had 5 leaks on my pool in the first 2 months (1 is still not fixed). The pool was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired. I have pictures of everything. My liner also started leaking again 12 months later and no one has called me back in 14 months. I have emailed and called with no results. Now I have a pool I can not use. I called and emailed Kim at the Newnan location and nothing. Would have given a zero but 1 was the lowest. I have all the emails and pictures. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM. $8000 wasted. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Do NOT buy a hot tub from this place! My husband surprised me with one and 3 weeks later it began to leak. Multiple phone calls and in person visits to complain about the issue only to be told they will send a dye kit. 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Seriously this place is great during the purchasing process according to my husband but when it comes to the care for the hot tub not one concern on their part. If we could return it for a full refund we would. Terribly disappointed!!

Browns found the defect in my spa and replaced the pump within 72 hours. They sent out a crew to make sure things would go well. Like a Las Vegas magician, they raised the spa off the ground And within a couple of hours it was back to its bullfrog Self !! Shout out to Caroline in the service department, and Brandi in the Newnan/Sharpsburg location for keeping this project and repair back on track Bullfrog spas are awesome and definitely a game changer in my backyard

We went into Brown's Pool in Newnan and had Kim help us with replacing our above ground pool. She was very helpful and made the purchase easy. She gave us an approximate date of install which worked perfectly! The crew that came out were professional, polite and did a wonderful job! We are so pleased with our local store and highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Brown‘s highly enough. The staff are incredibly professional, especially Brandy and Kim who are with me and my family every step of the way when we purchased our first spa, the bullfrog swim spa we were apprehensive about the learning curve since we’ve never owned a spa before, and we quite literally jumped right into the deep end of spa ownership, the entire Brown staff continues to answer my endless stream of questions with great enthusiasm and kindness, and they continue to ensure my family and I are reaping the highest value out of our spa each day. As for the swim spa, I couldn’t recommend the purchase of that enough either it is an incredible alternative. If you don’t want to put the money and time into a permanent pool, my family and I use it multiple times a day e
