Brunner Well Drilling LLC

Brunner Well Service did an excellent job drilling my well. When I initially called to schedule their services they came to assess my property and provided an estimated time of when they could do it. They fulfilled that obligations and did an excellent job! I was very impressed at how well the two men worked together and just kept the job going! Great work Brunner's!

After considering several other well drilling companies I was referred to Brunner the wait times were all comparable during the pandemic but Brunner seemed more upfront and honest about pricing and more reasonable prices. I'm glad I picked them! It went very smooth, I helped where I could to keep costs down and there were no surprises the people that referred them all said the same. And the water is great!

We had Brunner out to do some work on our pump. After 2 months without a bill I instructed our bookkeeper to contact them to pay the bill. Another 2 months go by, I'm thinking the bill has been paid as we've seen no bill and I get a bill in the mail - to the WRONG address - with "Small Claims Account" written in red all over the envelope and snotty message inside. I then immediately call Brunner to let them know I'd not seen the bill (the only reason I had it is because the neighbor it'd been going to brought it to me), that I'd assume it'd been paid as it'd been ordered up to be paid and that I would be paying it immediately. (This was a $500 bill.) Brunner's response was a very nasty... "Isn't that just how it always goes...nobody ever gets the bill." After I take the time to call - and

They get out in a reasonable time frame and do the job well. The repair man was very pleasant and the bill was reasonable. I'm very happy.
