Sears Appliance Repair

Technician seemed good. But their prices were excessive. Repair of a dishwasher drainage pump cost nearly as much as the one year old dishwasher cost. And it was awful setting up the appointment. Had to talk with someone in India who got my email address, home address and appointment date wrong with no way to talk to someone in the US about this. Was able to correct the email and appointment date online but couldn’t change the street address. I drove to the address of the store to try to clear things up, but the building was vacant. When the technician arrived, he had a truck from another company. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Sears Appliance Repair doesn’t exist as far as I can tell. I do not recommend this company.

Tried to schedule appointment for refrigerator repair with Sears home services. Took all my information about type of refrigerator, address, etc. She then told me they have no openings. I asked what does that mean, no openings for 6 months, a year? She didn't know exactly. I could call back in 48 hours to see if there was an opening. And just keep calling back until there was an opening??? What type of service is this?
