I was going to post a review three years ago, when I bought a Generac generator. as you can tell time slip away. there was a mix up when I ordered the generator. Cassie sold me the generator, and the agreement was I pay half down. which was not a problem. after waiting a couple of months. nothing, so I called Cassie he said he was waiting for my deposit. what! I paid it the same day. what happen whoever was in charge getting back to Cassie. never happen. once that was resolve I receive my generator, and they came right down and install it as soon as they receive it. I am very pleased with the way they handle everything. Great place to do my business.

My first time hiring an electrician for my business, and these guys were great to work with! Efficient and affordable. Kind and good , fast communication. The work they did was well done and quick. Worked with my wants and needs, Sam especially was very nice. Would hire them again for any future work. They also did more extensive work in our remodel, and it was all done very well. Our experience with this company was above what we have experienced in a VERY long time. I can't say enough about this team, especially Kacey. He FAR exceeded any expectations we had. We had 2 RV pedestals installed, upgraded exterior breaker panel installed as well as a well pressure tank wired in and all necessary wires buried. They even helped us with our TDS wire!! The turn around time from start to finish was crazy fast without compromise to quality of the work being done. I felt like we were a priority and that Kacey really cared about what we were trying to accomplish and our need for power and water in a timely manner. The communication from the beginning to the follow up and follow through was top notch! My husband and I never had this type of work done so we had to rely on Kacey

These guys are amazing!! I had them do two jobs for me first time was my stove went out texted me back almost immediately and were at my house within an hour got me up and running in no time !!! second time was for my garage heater again excellent service!! If you are looking for a company with customer friendly services this is your place I wouldn’t use any one else!! Thank you Kacey and crew keep up the awesome work!!

Overpriced and charge for 2 guys to drive around. Had 2 outlets put into an out building. They charged for 2 guys to look at the job. Charged me when they forgot parts. It was 2 outlets. Had 2 guys so 1 could stand around. One worker even commented they drove to his property in the area so I’m sure I got charged for that also. Tried to call and nobody would answer then when talked to someone finally they got mad and me for their poor management. Would never recommend. Like they told me “you should do the work yourself”. Negative stars is not an option. I would understand a few hours but not 10.5 hours for 2 outlets. And wrecked the fuse box but repaired with duck tape.
