Bryan's Heating & Air Conditioning

I had Bryan install a replacement heat pump and I'm very glad I hired his firm. He is very conscientious and pays a great attention to detail, just what I want. He didn't try to oversell us anything and accommodated our needs for placement of the new system. Unfortunately, there was an installation related issue with the heat pump which surfaced long after it was installed, but Bryan took care of it - no questions asked. He did the right thing. Without hesitation, I recommend Bryan's as excellent Murphysboro business and I recommend him to all my friends

Do NOT use this company! We have a 1 1/2 old Fujitsu mini split that when serviced was out of refrigerant. They hid behind the 1 year warranty and would not honor a repair in the flair fitting THEY made during install that leaked. Gave excuses of copper quality from China, and even initially was told by the receptionist it was IN the unit from the factory. POOR craftsmanship and total disregard for customer service or loyalty. Do yourself a favor and call VOSS!

Bryan has provided the commercial HVAC services at my office building for years. His work is impeccable; his rates are fair; and he gets to the job site in a timely way even when he has to work long hours to do it!

My AC now runs @55°f its the coldest its ever ran. Great price, great service!
