Outstanding service!!! I called the office at 8:00 AM with a situation and by 10 o’clock James was at my house and had the necessary parts. 11:00 AM situation resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner.

Craine Heating and Cooling is the company I use for my home and businesses. They continue to do our routine maintenance and trouble calls. The staff is always extremely helpful and timely. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company will take advantage of you if they have the chance. I understand that they have there service charges but when they charged me $60 for a $8 part will make me never use this company again. I am a technician myself and replaced this exact part in the past. Unfortunately, I was gone and crane took advantage of my wife. I will never use them again.

Had them give a quote on a new house mini-split install, said there was going to be a charge to come out. No problem, time is money. The crew that showed said it was impossible to install the way I wanted, gave a quote and were on their way. Called Ingrams Water & Air out of Paducah, said everything I wanted was doable and done all the time. Bought it and installed it myself, saved $3000. Works great. Bottom line is, the guy that gave me the quote is lazy.

I had an excellent experience working with Craine. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they said they were going to. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional.
